How few are earnlig lot

It is very surprising how few people earn lot while others struggle to meet the daily needs. Education is not a factor all highly educated are not earning equally. High IQ levels no way, same case. Then what is it that makes few people click. One thing is common for many rich is they value money, they respect money. When one takes financial decisions with greed they tend to make wrong decisions or decisions which will put them in problems in future. Decisions taken without proper evaluation and on the wrong advice also tend to the same fate. We trust people who are not experts. We trust and take actions based on the opinions of the people who are failures in theeir own fields. We have to take decisions, we are responsible for all the consequences. Just take right decison after evaluating carefully factors like the person you are dealing with, his past track, his success rate, take references from people who already dealt with him, and finally exit route, if something wrong happens what is the exit option for you, how you will come out of it and at what cost and are you prepared to pay for it.
